E-SHOP is a robust digital retailing tool that offers a fully digitized car buying process from start to finish. E-SHOP serves both customers and dealers by allowing the customer to input their details, preferences, select their ideal payments and more. The enriched lead is captured and provided to the dealer so they can contact the customer.
In this case, one or more of the following could apply:
- Your dealership may not be currently enrolled in the program
- In rare cases, there may be an issue with your DealerCONNECT credentials
Yes. Dealer Admin tool loads in either English or French based on the browser settings.
Any customization/offering that you define will need to be in both English and French.
As a dealer, you can:
- Create and customize Service & Protection plans
- Define the details of Upfits added on one or more vehicles
- Enable/Disable the reservation/home delivery
- Enroll into PayPal
The dealer will automatically receive an Onboarding email that lists the steps needed to get started. They will also be contacted by their assigned Carzato rep who will assist with all setup preferences (launch date, CTA customization, F&I Integration etc.). Finally, there will be a kick off call to train the dealership on the front and back end of the tool to get them fully set up.
MOPAR is listed by default but Service & Protection plans are fully customizable within the E-PORTAL for offerings and price. Please note that you need to define the plans in both English & French.
Yes! Upfits section of the E-PORTAL allows you to define the upfits that are factored into your dealer price.

- A. Upfits will be displayed for the specified VINs in the E-Shop platform for the customer to see.
- B. The value set for the Upfits will not be added to the VIN but considered included in the price.
- C. You need to define the upfits in both English & French.
The lead is sent to your Stellantis approved CRM.
